We're looking to add to our brilliant back-stage team.

We have a number of casual roles available to assist with shows over our Winter Season which runs from November to March.

There are a variety of opportunities available across different disciplines: Stage, Lighting, Sound, Follow Spot or a combination of all departments.

The 24/25 Winter season promises a fantastic mix of work across our venues - the Festival Theatre and Minerva Theatre.

If you’d like to work with different touring companies in an environment where creativity can flourish and everyone is valued, we’d love to hear from you.

The roles on offer are a combination of:

Stage Crew - the undisputed backbone of the production team, Stage Crew are responsible for the loading in and out of shows, constructing and maintaining scenery and running show plots.

Lighting Technicians - responsible for rigging, focussing, operating and maintaining shows as well as making electrical props, installing set electrics… you get to do a bit of everything!

Sound Technicians - responsible for show rigging, show operation, show maintenance and radio mic running. You'll have experience of setting up sound systems, running radio mics and be familiar with show control systems such as Qlab.

Successful applicants will have theatre experience with a flexible approach to work, be proactive and self-motivated with a proven ability to problem solve, and deal quickly and effectively with unexpected situations.
