We are delighted to partner with the Warm Welcoming Spaces campaign again this year to make CFT a free, friendly place to visit over the winter months. Hoping to alleviate the struggles and challenges that many face in the cold winter months, Warm Welcoming Spaces aims to help those who are lonely and isolated or assisting individuals and families who can’t afford to heat their own homes.

The Festival Theatre foyer is open as a Warm Space from 10am Monday to Friday and from 9am on Saturdays*. We are super proud of our warm welcoming atmosphere and want everyone to feel part of their community here at CFT.

CFT's foyer is accessible, we are breastfeeding-friendly and welcome well-behaved dogs too. There's family friendly spaces where children can bag a bean bag and a book or dare to dress up. And for anyone looking for refreshments, our Café on the Park is also nearby with free Wi-Fi and water refills at various stations around the foyer.
