Get Into It Drop-Ins - Creative Writing
About Get Into It Drop-Ins - Creative Writing
Our monthly drop-in sessions are the perfect way to try out a new creative artform in a relaxed, no-pressure setting. Come every month or as and when you can make it, each session is stand-alone and low commitment.
Kick off the new year with a spark of creativity in this 90-minute workshop exploring the theme of 'new beginnings'. Led by author and playwright Jill Hucklesby, the session will include story-building games, quiet writing time and the chance to share work with the group if you'd like to. Come and explore the opportunity to create new work in your chosen style. All abilities very welcome. Please bring a pen and notebook.
When and where do sessions take place?
This practical workshop will take place in the Festival Theatre Foyer, onsite at Chichester Festival Theatre, on Wednesday 15 January from 11:30am – 1pm.
Cost and bursaries
Drop-In sessions cost just £10 per person. You can book your space in advance or, as the name suggests, you can simply drop-in on the day.
We believe everyone should have the chance to take part, so if cost feels like a barrier, don’t hesitate to reach out and ask about our bursary scheme. For more information, email us at [email protected] — we’d love to hear from you.
