Our monthly drop-in sessions are the perfect way to try out a new creative artform in a relaxed, no-pressure setting. Come every month or as and when you can make it, each session is stand-alone and low commitment.

Dive into the art of songwriting in this 90-minute session with musician and songwriter Michael Fry. Whether you’re a seasoned player or complete beginner, you’ll create and record an original song from scratch through lively writing exercises and games. Bring an instrument if you’d like, or just bring yourself - this workshop is all about making music and having fun!

When and where do sessions take place?

This practical workshop will take place in the Rehearsal Room in the Steven Pimlott Building, onsite at Chichester Festival Theatre, on Wednesday 19 March from 2 - 3.30pm.

Cost and bursaries

Drop-In sessions cost just £10 per person. You can book your space in advance or, as the name suggests, you can simply drop-in on the day.
